Let me just point out that this last time it wasnt even a full house.
What really set me off was when they tried to give someone else my card. More than half the cinema was standing around pissed waiting for our cards or change to come back.
Complained to the manager all they could say is Im sorry! By the time they fixed the issue movie was way over. Most recently we went and ordered our last drink prior to last call, never got the drink but was charged. Each time you ordered a drink it would take 30mins + to come. The food was over heated, I always order boneless wings I couldnt eat them they were so though. Half the time they were trying to give our order to someone else and vice versa. 3 out of the 5 times the service has been horrible. Ive been here 5 times since they opened the new location.
